The Onion Creek-area family home of local musician Matt McCormack sustained severe damage during the October floods. McCormack is married to Escovedo’s daughter ShaShai.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Standing-room tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door (if the event does not sell out); seated VIP tickets, which include a meet-and-greet with the artists and five raffle tickets for a signed guitar, are $50 in advance or $55 at the door. In addition to the raffle for the guitar, the event also includes a silent auction of items donated by Miranda Lambert, Todd Snider, Gene Simmons, Alejandro Escovedo, Charlie Sexton and Suzanna Choffel.
